CRISTIANO RONALDO IS NOT for sale” insists ERIK TEN HAG.

Cristiano Ronaldo is “in our plans” for the 2018 Premier League season, according to Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, and he is “not for sale.”
This comes after claims that the Portuguese star is dissatisfied with Old Trafford’s lack of ambition and has made it obvious that he wants to quit the team. Ronaldo is not currently on tour in Thailand or in Manchester for preseason.
Cristiano Ronaldo is “in our plans” for the 2018 Premier League season, according to Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, and he is “not for sale.”
On United’s preseason trip in Thailand, the Dutch head coach spoke to the media for the first time and reiterated his desire to retain the talismanic striker for another season, despite earlier rumors that Ronaldo wanted to quit the team.
Ten Hag stated that “he is not with us owing to personal concerns.”
“For this season, we are planning with Cristiano Ronaldo. That’s it. I am forward to collaborate with him. There is no price for Cristiano. We have plans for him. Together, we want to succeed.”
Due to ongoing rumors over the forward’s future, the 37-year-old failed to show up for preseason training at Carrington last week. He will also be absent for the first leg of the Red Devils’ tour of Thailand.
Ten Hag is unclear of whether Ronaldo would eventually go with his teammates to Oceania when United play Liverpool on Tuesday in Thailand before moving on to Australia.
However, the manager did mention speaking with Ronaldo before flying to Thailand, saying: “I had a nice chat. I can confirm that Cristiano and I had a pretty excellent chat about it, but that is between us.
The former Ajax manager also spoke about the Old Trafford leadership controversy during his news conference, supporting the incumbent Harry Maguire.
“Our captain will be Harry Maguire. For more than a year, he has served as captain. He has had a great deal of success. I’m certain about this matter.
