Field Savings Collectors and Marketing Assistant Wanted at Gemstone Microfinance
A non-bank agricultural microfinance cooperative, Gemstone Microfinance provides loans to farmers. Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institutions of Nigeria has registered it as a national member (AMFIN). In addition, the society is registered and regulated in every state where it now conducts business.
Over the past two years, Gemstone Microfinance’s financial services arm (RC: 1587936) has been essential in the success stories of its more than 27,000 active members.
With 53 locations in 20 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Gemstone Microfinance has loaned over N2 billion to its members in the agricultural sector over the past two years. Crop and animal agriculture, logistics, food processing, and retail have all seen significant growth in the community.

Field Savings Collectors Marketing Assistant
These are the places you’ll find us: Benin, Edo, Warri, the Delta, Port-Harcourt, the Rivers, Oyo, Akwa Ibom, and Oje
Type of Work: Permanent Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-to-day operations of all sales endeavors
To ensure that the company’s annual growth goals are met, you must ensure that your employees are working efficiently and effectively.
Provide excellent service to customers and keep correct records in the branch.
Customer concerns and new account growth should be resolved.
Reconcile cash receipts and payments to provide the best possible service to customers.
Skills:
An effective manager knows how to motivate and inspire his or her employees to reach their potential.
Make use of as little paper as possible while writing out your findings.
Be able to use a variety of computer programs.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Self-starter who can be relied upon.
Knowledge of the business world.
A strong desire to help others.
Educated and skilled
At least an HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration; Banking; Finance; Accounting; and/or Economics; and/or a related discipline
Completed the NYSC with a minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in the financial sector
