Concerning the Position
Consider the following brief description of your selection:

In particular, eligible Nigerian graduates from science-related areas are encouraged to apply, as they are eager to start or advance their careers in a hospitable manufacturing environment with top of the line systems and processes.
Following an extremely competitive selection procedure, successful candidates will be subjected to the following tests:
12-month training program that is entirely residential
Training in a formal setting as well as practical experience
Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be assigned as Shift Managers in Brewing/Packaging/Logistics/Automation Engineer positions in one of our brewery locations throughout the country, based on their respective disciplines.
Requirement

A Bachelor’s Degree in any science or engineering area with a minimum of a Second Class (Upper Division) is required. Degrees available in this field include, but are not limited to, the following: Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical/Agric Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics Electronics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry/Pure & Applied Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Food Science and Technology are some of the major fields of study in the College of Science and Technology.
A Master’s Degree in a related field is a distinct advantage in this position.
Furthermore, in addition to the prerequisites listed on the previous page, you must:

Have a minimum of five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE subjects, including maths, English, and three other related topics, as well as a high school diploma.
Have completed NYSC no sooner than January 2018, but no later than December 2017.
Have a total of no more than two years of job experience
Be digitally adaptable.
Keep an open mind to the possibility of geographical mobility both inside Nigeria and outside.
Procedures for Making a Decision
Stages in the selection process include the following components:

Test of reaction time
Aptitude exam (sometimes known as a psychometric test) (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning)
Center for Evaluation and Evaluation Center
Evaluation by a medical professional
Background and criminal history checks are performed.
