Buckingham Palace has turned down Kim Kardashian’s request to join the official Platinum Jubilee celebration.

With over 315 million Instagram followers, the SKIMS creator, 41, is one of the most popular celebrities in the world, but it appears she has been rejected and will not be invited to the official Platinum Jubilee celebration on Saturday.

Representatives for the beauty entrepreneur and her comic boyfriend Pete Davidson, 28, were denied entry to the event, according to a source.

The Palace and publicists at the BBC, which will broadcast the event starting at 7.30pm, are said to have turned down Kardashian’s requests for tickets, but a source said Kim is so eager to attend the ceremony to commemorate the Queen’s 70 years of service that she doesn’t mind if they are “not VIP.”

“Kim seldom gets turned down for any event, so this has been rather shocking, especially because she doesn’t visit the UK very frequently,” the insider told Mail Online.

“Kim and Pete are huge fans of the Royal Family and were thrilled to be a part of this wonderful occasion.”

Alicia Keys, Duran Duran, Andrea Bocelli, Nile Rodgers, Diversity, and Eurovision champion Sam Ryder will all play at the star-studded event, which will be opened by Queen and Adam Lambert.

Diana Ross will end the two-and-a-half-hour extravaganza, which will be her first live performance in the UK in 15 years.

Sir David Attenborough, David Beckham, Dame Julie Andrews, and Emma Raducanu will also perform at the event, which is expected to draw a crowd of 22,000 people.

A ballot was used to distribute up to 10,000 tickets, with an additional 5,000 awarded to crucial staff.

Trooping the Colour, the Queen’s Birthday Parade, took place on Thursday, followed by the lighting of the Platinum Jubilee beacons.

On Friday, the Queen will attend a National Thanksgiving Service at St Paul’s Cathedral, which she will skip owing to “some pain.”

Her Majesty the Queen will attend the Derby at Epsom Downs on Saturday before the Platinum Party at Buckingham Palace.

On Sunday, the Big Jubilee Lunch and the Platinum Jubilee Pageant will conclude the four-day celebrations.

Kim and Pete were sighted in the capital earlier this week on an unannounced visit to the United Kingdom.

On Monday evening, the pair was seen holding hands in London and looking utterly thrilled as they went out for date night.

Pete looked relaxed in a plaid shirt and slacks, while Kim looked stunning in a Balenciaga hoodie and skintight leggings.

After the comedian coloured his hair to match his girlfriend’s, they both had bleached blonde locks.

They dined at the River Cafe and appeared to be deep in discussion before being whisked away in a chauffeur-driven sedan after smiling coyly for the cameras.

They then fueled engagement rumors after being photographed going hand-in-hand into a fancy jewelry store in London’s Mayfair on Tuesday.

Kim was looking at the pricey products in Comme des Garçons Jewellery on Dover Street Market while conversing with the shop clerk.
