To deliver the Offline Sale KPIs, drive day-to-day performance steering and management.
Manage the execution of the Offline Sales plan, ensuring that Jumia always has the right products at the best price, in the ideal location for each JForce consultant and their customers.
Support large-scale and complicated JForce operations and project management activities by efficiently coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Market trends, JF consultants, vendors, and customers should all be understood. Continually providing insightful information and convictions to back up your recommendations.
Build an analysis that flies high and dives deep to enable meaningful reporting on performance across all categories, while collaborating with the Commercial Planning team to deliver best-in-class performance guiding.
Owning the strategy and implementation of JForce’s brand collaborations, providing them with a revolutionary approach to reach their customers.
Keeping a tight grip on the budget for indirect commissions and subsidies.
Collaborate closely with the commercial department to design campaigns that fit their capacity and timetable.
Work in tandem with all other departments (Marketing, JS, Operations, Finance, etc.) to facilitate decision-making, problem-solving, and laser-focused executions.
To increase product availability, save expenses, and reduce our working capital expenditure, we’ve partnered with Jumia Services.
We’re always looking for ways to improve and streamline our procedures.
Collaborate with system teams to identify the most important possibilities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
Work collaboratively with team members and other business groups to deliver results, and be comfortable presenting projects and results to senior leadership on a frequent basis.
Background and technical skills to be expected:
An ideal applicant would have extensive (7-10 years) experience in sales and/or offline retail, team management, and a track record of making a positive effect.
