Job Purposes
To guarantee that industry standards and best practices are incorporated into the systems and business processes, as well as to provide users with business process and technological support.
Principal Responsibilities
Prioritize and respond to IT issues through the IT help desk.
Maintain and monitor computer networks.
Firewalls, routers, and switches are deployed and configured.
Installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of CCTV systems.
Whether you’re working online, offline, or from afar, we’ve got you covered. IT assistance to employees or clients
Troubleshooting system and network issues, as well as diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues; documentation and verification of information technology assets.
The roll-out of new apps or technologies is tested, evaluated, and actively supported.
Create user accounts or profiles, and resolve password difficulties.
Call-outs must be responded to within agreed-upon time restrictions.
Reports and documentation will be provided as needed.
Establish a positive working relationship with colleagues and stakeholders as soon as possible.
Examine computer equipment for electrical safety.
It’s possible that you’ll have to work shifts or be available on call.
As needed, junior staff will be trained.

Requirements & Qualifications
A Computer Science degree from a university (or similar qualification).
Cisco Certified Network Associate Qualified (CCNA) is preferred. At least three years experience in a similar role.
A rational and technical thought process.
Problem-solving and leadership abilities
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Prioritization and delegation skills
An acute sense of detail
