We’re looking for someone to fill the following positions:

Job Location: Lagos

Description of the Position

He or she should be able to assess training needs, build training programs in response to client REFs, have excellent business development abilities, and connect with Power Industry Training/Technical Managers.
The ideal candidate will be able to create and structure training programs, have a strong network of facilitators, and deliver/facilitate training across one or all of the power value chains.
Strong leadership, management, and business development skills, as well as an understanding of the importance of the revenue-performance connection

Requirements

Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree in science
Experience in the power/consulting/training industry of at least ten years.
Candidates who have completed any of the Naptim Qualifications will have an advantage.
