We are looking for a sufficiently qualified expert for the following position as a result of our expansion:
Managing Director is the title given to the person who is in charge of a company.
Employment Location: Lagos Full-time type of job
Description of the Position
The position holder will be responsible for leading and managing the company in order to reach set goals while assuring the best short and long-term growth, profitability, customer, and employee happiness.
In addition, to produce maximum profit and maximize company assets and human resources, will be required to control and develop the organization’s business activities within an operating framework that takes into account the business environment.
Responsibilities and duties
Creating operational procedures, policies, and standards in order to provide the satisfaction of customers and assure compliance with legislation.
Leading and managing the organization’s market penetration goals, and also developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and growth.
Define and implement a business model for the organization’s products and services to expand and globalize.
Ensure that business objectives are effectively communicated and executed on a consistent basis by providing leadership and strategic direction.
Create and manage a specific business strategy and budget that is in line with the general goals and objectives.
Establish strong relationships with key vendors, and negotiate cost and service standards.
In price and contract discussions, represent the company.

Requirements
Qualification for a Master’s degree
At least 20 years of experience in a similar discipline, including 10 years in the industry and 5 to 8 years in a senior management role.
Have a wide range of general managerial and/or functional leadership expertise and experience.
Workflow is managed in a hands-on manner.
Analyze and resolve cross-functional problems that are difficult to solve.
Demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork skills in cross-functional teams.
Outstanding oral and writing communication abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully at the executive level.
The ability to form solid, long-term relationships and interact with people at all levels of the company.
