Success Max Ltd. owns Mysuredeal.com. Our internet business, Mysuredeal, is Nigeria’s most popular online retailer. We debuted in April 2014, and our goal is to become Nigeria and the United Kingdom’s primary source of business and trade.

As a retail client base, we provide a wide range of products, including phones, computers, clothing, shoes and home appliances in addition to a variety of other categories.

Located in Lagos, Nigeria: Ikeja
It’s a full-time position

Adults in their 20s through their 30s

Responsibilities:

Keep track of incoming phone calls
To ensure customer happiness, identify and assess the customer’s needs.
Maintaining open and interactive contact with customers is essential to building long-term partnerships based on trust.
Use the proper processes and instruments to provide information that is accurate, legitimate, and thorough.
Provide relevant solutions and alternatives to customers in a timely manner; follow up to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
Observe communication protocols, rules, and regulations.
Customer engagement requires going above and beyond the call of duty.
Ability to handle consumer issues via the internet.
Requirements:

Candidates who are interested in applying should have an OND / HND / BSc degree.
The ideal candidate is a woman between the ages of 20 and 27.
