Presidency: Osinbajo Was Not Involved In An Accident

Photo shows Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on his way to Owo, Ondo State, for a condolence visit The administration announced on Monday that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo was not involved in an automobile accident, contrary to rumors.

In the early hours of the morning, many stories appeared alleging that Osinbajo had been involved in a car accident.

The Presidency, however, shot off the accusations in a post on its official Twitter account.

The tweet stated, “Vice President @ProfOsinbajo was not engaged in an accident.”

“For his approach to the airport, his convoy stopped to aid the lone victim of an automobile accident while his route to Owo, Ondo State on a condolence visit.”

It went on to say that the victim was sent to Air Force Base Hospital for medical treatment.
