Rapper Lil Tjay, who grew up in the New York Bronx, was shot in New Jersey, according to a report by the American news site TMZ. The 21-year-old was then taken to a hospital and operated on. It is not yet clear how serious his injuries are. However, a tweet by fellow rapper French Montana asking for prayers for his friend suggests Lil Tjay’s health could be extremely serious.
